Emily graduated with a Business Degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia in 2002, and began working as a commercial real estate analyst for Collateral Mortgage Capital (GrandBridge) in Birmingham, AL shortly thereafter. Emily credits the mentorship she received there as influential in laying the foundation for the work ethic and due diligence she has today.

In 2006, Emily and her husband, Cayce, returned to her hometown of Hayesville, North Carolina where the closeness of family and the slower-paced life of the area became the ideal backdrop for building their future together. After moving home, Emily secured a job with Bank of Hiawassee where she gained valuable banking experience despite the difficult economic conditions of the time. Emily maintained her position with the company

for 12 years, working as a commercial lender, special assets officer and mortgage banker before joining her dad, Richard Kelley, at Century 21, Black Bear Realty. Her 15 years of financial experience, as well as her local roots, provide Emily with a unique skill set and an irreplaceable insight into the North Georgia/Western Carolina market. The Kelley’s father/daughter partnership gives you access to their combined knowledge, further enhancing Emily’s ability to help you navigate each step of your home buying and/or selling experience. MEMBERSHIPS and COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

Emily is an active member of the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors, where she has served on the event planning committee for 2 years. She is passionately involved in the Clay County, NC school district where she focuses her talents on school improvement projects, fostering teacher and faculty support, and enhancing the public education in her community. As one of the original members of Village Church in Hayesville, NC, Emily continues to serve as a Village Kids small group leader, helping to lead 2nd and 3rd graders into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Emily was a founding member of the Birmingham Young Real Estate Professionals, and worked with the Birmingham Boys & Girls Club of America to help foster lasting relationships with young adults. She and her husband have traveled to Honduras with Habitat for Humanity, and to Kenya with 410 Bridge to work with local communities, helping them improve their living conditions through clean water and better housing. Emily also spent 3 years serving on the Towns/Union County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors before becoming actively involved with Clay County’s Parent Teacher Organization.

Emily is married to Cayce Price of Macon, Georgia, and is blessed to have a son, Hayden, and a daughter, Lyla. In her free time, Emily enjoys life with her family. They are always up for an adventure and enjoy finding new, fun things to do together. The Price family loves the sun, sand and ocean, and can often be found spending their vacations in Seagrove Beach, Florida.
