About The Richard Kelley Group

"THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS TO FIND A GOOD REALTOR; SOMEONE TO REPRESENT YOU, YOUR PROPERTY AND YOUR BEST INTERESTS. GIVE ME A CALL TODAY. I WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU!" - Richard Kelley

The Richard Kelley Group is a multi-generational real estate team created in 2019 after Richard's daughter, Emily Price, joined him full time. The group has successfully closed over $75MM in 400 real estate transactions. They specialize in a high level of service for all clients creating lasting relationships, an extensive referral network and reviews that speak volumes about their professionalism and experience.

Beginning his real estate career in 2000 was a natural fit for Richard as both of his parents had long-time involvement with the local real estate market as well. His status as a native, and as the son of realtor parents, gives Richard the unique qualification of knowing the area unlike any other realtor in the North Georgia/Western Carolina region. Since 2000, Richard has successfully owned and operated an independent real estate firm known as Oak Forest Realty, worked as an agent for Century 21 and now operates The Richard Kelley Group with ReMax Town & Country. 25 years in the business has afforded him the distinctive advantage of growing his market share of listings, expanding his referral base and providing unparalleled service to his many clients.

Emily Price after 15 years in Real Estate Finance joined her father in 2018. Her 15 years of financial experience, as well as her local roots, provide Emily with a unique skill set and an irreplaceable insight into the North Georgia/Western Carolina market. The Kelley's father/daughter partnership as The Richard Kelley Group gives you access to their combined knowledge, further enhancing Emily's ability to help you navigate each step of your home buying and/or selling experience.

Emily says, "I absolutely love what I do! I consider it an honor to serve the clients I get to meet every day!"
