ROUNDING OUT 2020

As we embark on the final quarter of 2020, I can honestly say that this is not how Richard and I saw the real estate market performing in 2020, especially when we were on lockdown for all of March and April of this year. 2020 has been a roller coaster in every way; as I am sure each of you can relate. We are on track to have another record year in 2020 in more ways than one. We have seen our listings sell faster, numerous multiple offer scenarios, back-up contracts and more demand of homes in our area than ever before. The biggest obstacle we see going forward is simply a lack of inventory.

We are so thankful for all the referral business we receive from clients just like you. Without your support, this year and the past 25 years would have been very different. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us to help you sell your home this year and in years past. It is because of you that we have been so blessed in this business. Below is a great article that further supports everything I have mentioned above. If you have any interest in selling your home now or in the coming months, we would love to speak with you and work with you in that process. Again, thank you and may these final days of 2020 be blessed.

Staggering stat from the article…The National Association of Realtors says there are fewer homes on the market today than it's ever seen in records going back to 1982. And when a home comes on the market it doesn't stay there long before it's sold — an average of just 21 days.
